Notes: Checklist incomplete. Blank backed. These cards have a similar appearance to Bridgewater Biscuits Series 4.
There is a reference in The British Trade Index at D102 Group 2 (ZJ4-15-3) to a pencil notation on the back of one of the cards "Given with Olympic Nut & Fruit Dessert, July 1937."
Interestingly, two different Nos. 49 and 50 have been seen indicating there may be two different series. So few cards have been seen suggesting not only their rarity but also the possibility that some subjects are the same in both the Bridgewater Sets and this anonymous series making it impossible for collectors to distinguish between them.
