Note: Checklist incomplete. A number of cards have been studied - all in color featuring Shirley Temple. These were purchased in Turkey where they were probably issued with biscuit or confectionery products. Some cards are blank backed and others have Carte Postale printed in the backs, which is unusual as the cards are small and were unlikely to have been sent as postcards.
The cards were purchased as part of a Shirley Temple collection but the set does contain other stars. A Grace Bradley card has also been seen and the set may well contain a range of film stars.
In style, the cards vary on the fronts. Some have the number below the star's name in black in the bottom margin, others have the number in white within the picture and one card has been studied where the number is next to the name at the base margin. These may belong to three different sets and are listed as such.
