All states have the seal in the center and flowers on each side.
Colleges have either a pennant in the center and seals on either side 
or have the seal in the center with mascots on either side.

The hatbands were issued in boxes of 50 cigarettes of 
Egyptienne Luxury cigarettes, beginning on March 20, 1912, 
and probably continuing throughout the year and even into 1913.
 Very likely several different batches and possibly regional
 issues for the baseball hatbands.
