T350-3 consists of 
five uncut panels of five regulation cigar bands each. 

The panels have creases below the first and third bands, 
indicating that they were distributed folded.

The panel number is at the center bottom in very small type. 
"S. Anargyros N.Y." is in the lower left and 
"Factory No. 7 3d Dist N.Y." in the lower right. 

The full panel measures 2 13/16 inches wide by 5 3/8 inches high.
When folded, the measurements are 2 13/16 x 2 1/8.
