Notes: Checklist may be incomplete. Paper thin cards with blank backs. According to the seller these were purchased from, cards were issued with Lindt Chocolates in Switzerland in blocks of 10 cards per packet or bar of chocolate. The numbering sequence is strange: the lowest number seen is 1993 and the highest 2316 with unknown subjects between numbers 2017 - 2292. It is possible that not all numbers were used and the numbering sequence did not begin with Number 1.
Date info: Sonja Henie got her start in movies in 1936 and Jan Kiepura disappeared from films for the most part for about 10 years after 1937, so this set was probably issued in about 1937 or 1938. I'm placing a 1937 date on this set, though it could be off by a year or two.
