There are at least two different sets of these with similar looks, but different sized cards.
A very similar card found with these shows a brand of Elite Cigolatasi rather than Liomel Cikolatasi. This was probably issued by the same company, just with a different brand of chocolates.
Date info: Tiziana Calvi has only one film listed in Imdb, in 1939. La Jana died in 1940. From this and a check of the other film stars in the checklist, it is likely this set was issued in about 1939.
