Notes: Checklist probably incomplete. Blank-backed. Unnumbered. Studio Lorelle was a famous photo studio in Paris. Among other work they did many portrait photos of celebrities in the 1920s and the following decades. These photos were often used for photo postcards, magazines and other printed materials.
Most probably these cards were issued in the late 1920s or early 1930s by Studio Lorelle itself. There's no indication that they were made to endorse some company or product other than Studio Lorelle and their star photography. It is very likely that the Studio Lorelle mini photos were sold in sets. The mini photos have plain backs and are made on photo stock. They were clearly produced in multiple amounts - not individually or custom made.
