Notes: Two series of 6 cards were issued with My Weekly – ‘the Paper for every woman.’ Date of issue unknown. Cards were issued in slim paper wallets with the series title and company logo on the front. The cards themselves are slightly larger than postcards, produced on a quality art paper and issued with blank backs. They are artist drawn portraits in either brown ink or pastel colours.

The wallets for the colour portraits are slightly larger, as are the cards, and the stars are identified with their signatures printed under their portrait. Stars in this series have been paired up - sometimes a couple portrait and other cards with two separate images composing one card.

The brown portrait cards are smaller in size and the stars are not identified at all on the cards. These are all single star portraits. (The previous owner has written the names of the stars on the front, thus ensuring easy identification of the stars.)
