Notes: Playing card style. Actresses in bathing suits mostly. It looks like this set was sold in many countries around the world.
In the September/October 1962 issue of "Notes and News" magazine from the Cameric Cigarette Card Club, collector R. C. Evans reported that he was living in Zanzibar in East Africa and that these cards had recently appeared for sale in that country.
Date info: Leigh Snowden and Allison Hayes didn't start their film careers until 1954, while Hazel Brooks made her last film in 1955 and June Haver's last film role was in 1953. Based on this, it would figure that the set was first issued in about 1955, though it could have been later as these were reportedly still being sold in 1962. It seems like it was less important to the makers of the set that the actress was a current star and more important that they had a good bathing suit picture of the actress.
