Notes: Checklist incomplete. The Orange Crush set is basically the same set as the American Caramel E124 set with a few changes. Because of the changed cards containing movie titles that came out later than the original cards, it is likely that this set was issued in 1924, a year after E124 originally came out. Note that the updated Orange Crush cards can also be found as American Caramel cards, so that company also continued to issue this set the following year. For the Orange Crush cards that contain updated cards, those have not been seen in the original American Caramel 1923 versions, leading me to believe the Orange Crush cards were not issued in 1923 when the American Caramel E124 set began.
The changed cards contain a different font style than the original E124 cards, making them easier to identify.
Since these cards were issued with Orange Crush soda, it was not possible to insert them into the product. Collector Jerry Bannister showed a packet that was used to hold the Orange Crush cards along with instructions for the store owner to give out the cards as customers bought Orange Crush.
Date info: The film "The Perfect Flapper" was released in 1924, so I'm putting a 1924 date on this set. It is possible the date could be off a little.
