Notes: Blank backed. These can be found as regular cards or as die-cut cards. The die-cut versions were designed to be folded so they could stand up. The die-cut versions of these have the word "BEND" in black boxes toward the bottom left and right of the card. In the non die-cut versions, there is no word "BEND", there is just a black box in those areas.
The American Card Catalog notes that at least 55 of these have been seen.
