The back text also says that these cards were intended to be handed out by shopkeepers upon the purchase of a package of Reel Mints. The product package was too small for the card to be an insert.
An ebay seller of one of these cards thought similar blank-backed cards of Harry Carey and Francis X. Bushman may also have been a part of this set.
