Notes: Unnumbered. Based on the information in the text on the backs, this set was probably issued in about 1903. Only female actresses are featured in this set. There is a similar set of cards by Between the Acts featuring only male actors (T25), though that set was issued eight or nine years later than this set. The actresses featured were stage actors, but some were also in movies.
This set is probably actually two separate sets of 25 cards each. One set shows all the subjects inside a ribbon design while the other set shows all the subjects inside and oval beaded design. Amelia Bingham is the only subject that can be found in both sets, and the text on the backs of those cards leads me to believe that the ribbon designed cards were issued shortly before the beaded designed cards.
