Notes: Checklist incomplete. This set is a variation of the Strollers 101-200 set. Many of the York cards match numbers 101-160 in the Strollers set. For example, York #23 Mary Alden is the same card as #123 in the Strollers set. There are some differences, with most of the different cards coming from Strollers #161 through #200. It looks like the York people did some picking and choosing from among the Strollers cards. If they kept a Strollers card from 101-160, they used the same number without the leading "1."

An interesting switch was that Strollers #126 Wallace Reid became York #26 Pola Negri. Reid died in January of 1923, and the York Negri card may have replaced Reid because of his death. Though the set may have been issued in 1922, I am placing a date of 1923 on it, as it is likely that York got the rights to the set from Strollers and issued them a little later than the initial Strollers release.
