Notes: An album of 40 cards was issued covering the 1933 Arnold Fanck production of SOS Eisberg, starring Leni Riefenstahl. Cards are tinted blue using the gravure printing method. All cards are numbered and 39 out of 40 of them are 6.5 x 9 cm in size, with the exception of number 4, which is 10 x 15 cm. Most backs are blank, but a few have a general blurb on the back with instructions on how to collect the cards and album. Cards were handed out when redeeming tickets at the cinema, with albums available either directly from the box-office, or via UFA studios. Complete albums could also be sent off to UFA, with the first 500 being personally signed by Leni Riefenstahl. This signature would appear on the one large card (number 4) in the album.

Thanks to Nick Bolton for help with this checklist.

No checklist necessary, because all 40 cards deal with the same film. See also the entry on UFA Filmbilder.
