Notes: 6 albums were issued with 25 cards in each album, titled as follows:

• Part 1: Zorros Geisterreiter
• Part 2: Zorros Rache
• Part 3: Zorros Sohn: Teil 1: Das Geheimnis der schwarzen Maske
• Part 4: Zorros Sohn: Teil 2: Schneller als der Tod
• Part 5: Zorro im wilden Westen: Teil 1: Stadt ohne Gesetz
• Part 6: Zorro im wilden Westen: Teil 2: Zorro greift ein

Cards cover three serials made by Republic Pictures:

• Parts 1 & 2 = Zorro's Fighting Legion (1939)
• Parts 3 & 4 = Son of Zorro (1947)
• Parts 5 & 6 = Ghost of Zorro (1949, but not shown in Germany until 1952)

The serials were shot in black & white, but cards are in color.

Cards were issued in bags.

Other series from Bunte-Welt-Bilder covered the 1952 Winter and Summer Olympic Games, as well as a much sought-after album covering the German football season of 1952.

All cards were issued at around the same time, hence the year 1952.

Note - at least one of the albums was also issued by Jopa ice-cream.
