Notes: Checklist may be incomplete. Unnumbered. These cards show film scenes. The films were showing at various cinemas in Dresden, with specific dates (all between January and April 1933) and advertising for various local cinemas - such as Furstenhof-Lichtspiele, Goldenes Lamm Tonfilm-Theater, Stephenson-Lichtspiele and T.B. Lichtspiele. "Lichtspiel" is an old-fashioned German word for cinema and literally means "play of light". There is also space on the back for advertising from local businesses, such as Arno Scholze (hairdressers) and Hasen-Muller (butchers). Most cards are in black and white, with a few toned purple. The film title is always listed, and only occasionally the star.

Thanks to Nick Bolton for help with this checklist.
