Notes: Unnumbered. These cards all have a notation of WS-Verlag Wanne-Eickel in the lower left part of the back of the cards.

This was a series of unnumbered cards covering popular TV series of the time, with cards both in color and black & white. No albums were issued. This list covers the individual TV series, the number of cards issued, and whether they are in color or black & white. Note that other WS Verlag series, such as those on panoramic views, types of fish and the space program, are not listed. The checklist is complete.

German collector Nick Bolton notes: This publisher came under the umbrella of "Bilder und Werbedienst" (Card and Advertising Service), which was THE dominant force in cards in bags from the early 50s through to the 1960s, and was a massive influence on the powerhouses to come, such as Heinerle, Americana, Sicker and of course Panini. The various series were probably issued between 1960 and 1962, and covers popular TV series of the time (plus Tarzan with Gordon Scott). I did a fair amount of research on this one, and the checklist is accepted as being complete. With the exception of just 3 cards I am complete, and other collectors have confirmed this list, with no new additions for a while.

Date info: Based on the date date in the checklist below, these cards were issued in the early 1960s, probably 1960-62.

Thanks to Nick Bolton for help with this checklist.
